This past Sunday was Father’s Day here in the US and it was also the day of the Rodeo Drive Concours D’Elegance in beautiful downtown Beverly Hills, California.
Here are a few of the cars that were on display at this wonderful event on a sunny day in Southern California.
In the photo above the black Cobra in the background is Shelby Cobra CSX 2001, the first production Shelby Cobra now owned by Bruce Meyer. I will have more on this special Cobra later.
This is a fun event that showcases many excellent cars and allows for a significant shopping opportunity on Rodeo Drive.
This Ferrari above had a little dent in the right front fender as you can see from this picture. Maybe the owner wants to maintain the patina or maybe the owner cannot afford to have it repaired. What do you think?
I am sure one of his cars was on display, probably the one with the glass top.
The Aston Martin logo is one of the most attractive car logos.
I missed that even, bummer. George Barris is one of the greats. Would have loved to shake the man’s hand.
LOL for 4000.00 USD George Barris will show up anywhere and shake your hand! He did make some great movie cars.
First of all Happy Father’s Day to everyone. I am really sorry to miss this event. Aston Martin Cars are must watch 4 me. Hope to be in more events like this.
