This beautiful Porsche was for sale, but did not sell, at the RM auction this past August in Monterey.

This lot was not sold at a high bid of $1,575,000. The estimate was $1,800,000 – $2,200,000, so a little short.

It is now available at Symbolic Motors in San Diego.

One wonders why this car has not sold – it could be the race history is a little light although it was a factory works development car and was raced later by privateers.
