This 1964 Iso Rivolta GT located in Italy did not sell on eBay with a high bid of $25,100.
I know that there are many potential buyers interested in one of these classic cars and I am surprised that this car did not sell.
This Unusal Iso Grifo below is for sale at the RM auction in London on 31 October. The estimate is £120,000-£160,000 ($192,000-$257,000).
This green 1963 Iso Grifo is for sale in The Netherlands at The Gallery Brummen.
The seller says it has 15,000km and the price is 239,000 Euros ($312,000) – this would be a record price for a small block Grifo.
The seller also says:
* “THE BEST POSSIBLE CONDITION”!!!
* Has been restored and mechanically rebuilt, every detail the highest level possible by the former workers of ISO in Italy!!!
* This is a superb example, all is new and rebuilt.
* A very rare opportunity to acquire a perfect series one Grifo.
There are a lot of exclamation points in this sellers comments but this does look like a very nice Grifo. The green color is rare and a 1963 model is even more rare because production did not begin until 1965.
The seller did not disclose the chassis number.

This IR300 is located in Sicily, Italy. I ve been interested in the car this spring. The owners demand was Euros 64’000. The body and mechanic are restored, but not the interior. Therefore my bid was Euros 50’000 max. But had no chance to buy for this price. May be, now a half year later, the owner will discuss. But Euros 64’000 in my opinion is much too much.
Meanwhile I bought an IR300 in Luxembourg and started to restore parts of the car.
Greetings from Switzerland, Aldo
Aldo, Thanks for the information. How about sending some photos of your Iso?
Hi Mike,
the petrol Iso Grifo should be #066 and obviously was restored by Roberto Negri (Il Bottegone Auto Restauro) in Italy:

Thank you Herbert, it looks like it was a lot of work as Mike C. Says below.
Built from the ground up!
It is still there on the classicdriver.de and Anamera.com, so maybe it was still not sold…
Adam – maybe you should take a look?
I am told by an Iso expert, who knows that Grifo, that it is in perfect condition.
I know that this car is in perfect condition I just said that it is still for sale.
