Pete Whitehead has been historic racing his Iso Rivolta GT for many years. He loves it even though he is always in a class that includes Cobras and Corvettes, cars that are lighter and faster than his four seat Iso Rivolta GT.
This Iso Rivolta has a race capable chassis and is powered by the wonderful Corvette 327 cid engine – but it also has a back seat and is a little longer and heavier than one would expect a race car to be.
The spectators love Pete and his car and Pete told me than his competitors stop by his area in the pits to tell him they love seeing his beautiful car on the track.
