The Original Number 1 Batmobile – Price Survey Results
The My Car Quest readers let us know what they think the Batmobile will sell for at the Barrett Jackson auction in Arizona on Saturday January 19.
The Survey Results
$50,000 or less – 2.5%
$50,001 to $100,000 – 6.25%
$100,001 to $300,000 – 21.25%
$300,001 to $500,000 – 25%
More than $500,000 – 36.25%
No Sale – 8.75%
This is very interesting – more than one third of respondents think the Batmobile will sell for more than $500,000 and 30% think it will sell for less than $300,000. More than 90% think that it will meet the reserve and be sold.

There is a very wide range of what people think this car will sell for.
But really what would anyone do with this car? I bet it is not a great driver, seems to me it should go to a museum.
This is a “collection” vehicle. It has tons of history that many of our generations can associate with. An occasional transport to major shows, but mainly for viewing pleasure.
