Aston Martin DB7 – Part 2 of 2

by Mike

The Aston Martin DB7 was a good car but the cabin was too small for me. My head hit the roof (I am 6 ft 1 in tall) and this is why after three years we let this car go much to my wife’s disappointment.

However, if you fit in the car (6 ft max) then I can recommend buying a good quality DB7 which can be had for less than $60,000. For this price you get a terrific performing, and sounding, six liter V12 putting out 420 bhp.

The transmission is a five speed automatic or a manual six speed.

And it is still one of the very best looking cars in the world with real British class and charisma.

Also a British royal connection.

When we bought our DB7 there were fewer than 15,000 Astons made in all of the history of the company which goes back to 1913. There have been more than that produced since 2001.

  1. Will the db7 v12 automatic transmission bolt up to a db9 v12 engine?
