The Hillsborough Concours d’Elegance is Sunday July 21 and a friend and I are driving the Bizzarrini GT 5300 to Hillsborough early Sunday morning.
I know that I may have mentioned this before but the last time I took the Bizzarrini to this event was in 2011 and it won the Owner’s Choice Award. I like this better than a judged award.

These pretty ladies above wanted their photo taken with the Bizzarrini in 2011 – I wasn’t even there at the time!
Last year I let the Bizzarrini rest and drove the Iso Grifo for display and ran into some San Francisco 49er football team cheerleaders, below, who loved the Grifo.

It seems like no matter which car I take onto the field at Hillsborough it attracts pretty ladies.
Below is my favorite photo from Hillsborough. This was 2011 when the Bizzarrini was trailered; we drove the Grifo and parked it in the parking lot.

If you go to Hillsborough stop by and say hello. Look for a silver Bizzarrini, it should be parked next to Iso Grifo No. 009, which is a beautiful bright red color with a silver top.
