I attended the Carmel Mission Classic on Wednesday, 16 August at the Mission San Carlos Borromeo de Carmelo, commonly known as the Carmel Mission in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California. This is a small event held within the walls of the Carmel Mission so space for cars and motorcycles is limited.
I displayed the Lamborghini Espada at this wonderful event. This is the third time I have attended and the second time I have displayed a car.
There was a wide range of beautiful cars and motorcycles in a beautiful setting with food and wine and beer tasting from local makers.
Here are some of my photos.
Let us know what you think in the Comments.
Notice the grill / headlight arrangement – do you think Dodge got any styling cues from the Espada?
Thank you for the time and photos of these alternative special car events during this week.
For folks far away that could not make it, it is appreciated.
The Carmel Mission is always a beautiful, quiet place.
Will you be getting to Laugna Seca ?
Yes, I agree, thanks for the look-see, much appreciated.
Is that small blue one a Simca or Opal, and was there something rare about it?
