Wednesday of Monterey Car Week has been the day of the Carmel Mission Classic for the last few years. This is a small event in a unique setting and it could very well be one of the events that does not survive the coronavirus.
Today we reach back into the My Car Quest archives and re-post two years of The Carmel Mission Classic – 2015 and 2017. This is the thirteenth of the My Car Quest Archives Series.
I do hope you all are staying safe and healthy and that you enjoy these flashbacks.

I displayed the Iso Grifo at this wonderful event on Wednesday August 12, 2015. This is the first time I have attended but I will certainly add the Carmel Mission Classic to my calendar for next year.
There was a wide range of beautiful cars and motorcycles in a beautiful setting. Here are some of my photos.

I attended the Carmel Mission Classic on Wednesday, August 16, 2017. This is a small event held within the walls of the Carmel Mission so space for cars and motorcycles is limited.
I displayed the Lamborghini Espada at this wonderful event. This is the third time I have attended and the second time I have displayed a car.
There was a wide range of beautiful cars and motorcycles in a beautiful setting with food and wine and beer tasting from local makers.

As Co-Founder of the Carmel Mission Classic, I would like to thank you for highlighting our event on the day we would be celebrating all thing’s car in the magnificent courtyard of the mission. Rest assured we will be back again next year for the 2021 show. Remember, we answer to a higher authority. God Bless,
Rich Pepe
