There were many fantastic classic cars at the various car shows, auctions and the race track last week during Monterey Car Week. There were also some terrific classic cars on the streets as well.

Many people drive their special cars during Monterey Car Week because it is the right thing to do. It makes the streets of Carmel and Monterey a terrific car show and it is exciting because these cars were being driven as transportation and parked on the streets or parking lots.

Here are a few that I was able to photograph, or my wife did so in some cases. We also saw many when the camera was not at hand and the moment was missed except in our memories.
