One expects an event held on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, California to be elegant, fashionable and possibly expensive depending on how much time one spends in the shops instead of looking at the beuatiful cars and motorcycles.
Either way it is a lot of fun and the people watching can be just as interesting as looking at the cars and motorcycles.
The Rodeo Drive Concours web sites says,
The Rodeo Drive Committee, in conjunction with the city of Beverly Hills, presents the Rodeo Drive Concours d’Elegance every year on Father’s Day.
Each year a theme is selected to feature the superb combination of rare automobiles and motorcycles highlighting the past, present and future at the crossroads of fashion, design and entertainment.
An earlier post by Wallace Wyss covered the experice of the Rodeo Drive Concours and here we have photos from my friend Bruce Caron.
The diversity of beautiful cars is impressive.
A Lamborghini Espada is a rare sight!
One of the cars Maserati showed was their new SUV powered by a Ferrari engine.
What a great article Mike!
Most of us would like to attend every event possible. By providing these photos and short notes, we can be there even if it’s in a small way…… .
Thanks again!!!
All the Best

Hi Mike and Wally,
Thanks so much for the nice article on RODEO DRIVE. The weather 100+ degrees didn’t help attendance, but so happy you were there and shared it with your readers. We try and select themes to entertain and this year it was Super Cars. Thanks so much again…SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!!!!
Never lift…
