Walter Kirtland chose My Car Quest to sell two special cars – his Iso Grifo Targa and his AMC AMX/3 by Bizzarrini. Both sold for a world record value delivered to the seller for each model.

When we first started talking about putting my cars on My Car Quest I had some reservations but the commission rate looked pretty sweet.
Auction houses wanted $1,500 up front, plus 5% sellers commission, and a very low reserve or no reserve at all. Then there is shipping $1 to $2,000 (double that if it doesn’t sell) and they want you there so they can beat you up if the reserve is not met, so Airfare, Hotel and Car (pick your poison there). So you are talking some serious cheese.
With My Car Quest you stay home and talk to serious buyers from your living room.
You may just have a few thousand regular visitors to your site but they know other car people, the word gets out and people start calling. I am truly impressed.
As the buyer of my AMX/3 said it does help tremendously to have a person whom you both trust to walk you through the process. Thanks.
